This online store is operated by Surrey Road Quilt Shop. These terms explain how to use our website and place an order. Please read the product information and the policies linked below before purchasing.

Products and ordering

Read each listing for its material, dimensions, number of pieces, package contents and care instructions. A fabric bundle or precut pack is not a finished quilt unless the listing expressly says so. Accessories and photography props are not included unless listed. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Review the selected item, quantity and delivery address before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly. An order confirmation records receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied, or a listing or price contains an error, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund; we will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are the methods actually offered in our checkout. Payment processing and any required authorisation must succeed before an order is fulfilled.

Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping with no minimum order. Order processing is 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time; orders received after this time begin processing on the next business day. Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please read our Shipping Policy for the full terms.

Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch and confirm the outcome. If it has shipped, the return policy applies. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected; bank processing can take additional time. Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, access another person's information without permission, or submit unlawful content. Use of website text, graphics and images must respect the rights of their owners. Links to third-party services are subject to those services' own terms and privacy practices.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. Your purchase is from Surrey Road Quilt Shop. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about the handling of personal information.

Updates and customer rights

We may update these website terms. The terms and policies provided when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by applicable law or agreed with you. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
