Refund and Return Policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

How to request a return

Email info@surreyquilts.com with your order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the return instructions. Our return address is Surrey Road Quilt Shop, 3681 E Surrey Rd, Clare, MI 48617, USA.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days after receipt and include clear photographs of the package and the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. This early reporting request does not reduce the 30-day return request window or any rights that apply by law.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we cover reasonable return shipping costs and will explain the return arrangement when reviewing your request. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exceptions

Items clearly marked Final Sale or clearance at the time of purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exclusion does not apply to our responsibility for damaged, defective or incorrect items or to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Refund processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item and approve the return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds. We will contact you if the returned item does not meet the stated conditions.

Order changes and exchanges

For a cancellation, order change or exchange request, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check the order status and explain the available options. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.
